Product Description
Spend a day devoted to one of life’s pleasures – sharing great food in good company. At this cooking class you will discover it’s easier than you think to create delicious pastry and you will be given skills to last a lifetime.
You will be guided through Pate Sucrée making of classic French fruit tarts. You will have the chance to make four of your own to take home including Chantilly & berries or Crème pat & stone fruits or French meringue & blowtorching.
After that, you will enjoy your delicious tarts in the private dining room, with a few glasses of the well matched wines provided by The Vintner. You will also take home a copy of Pastry by Roux Michel and recipe pack.
This experience is for one person and available for 12 months from the date of purchase.
