Calderdale SmartMove is a registered charity that assists homeless and vulnerably housed people to find accommodation in Calderdale. We were established in July 1998 and have a Management Committee made up of volunteer members and staff who oversee and plan SmartMove activities

Calderdale SmartMove provides a high quality, client-centred service assisting homeless and vulnerably housed people by securing sustainable homes and developing a variety of services that address their needs, including very successful learning and training programmes.

We are a Bond Guarantee and Tenancy Support scheme for both homeless and vunerable housed individuals and families in Calderdale. Our ultimate aim is to empower people to live independently and to give them the skills to maintain their tenancies successfully.
